Trained in organisational psychology his insights are tested against behavioural science and refined from expertise developed as a change agent supporting organisations going through transformation.

Rich has worked in Australia, NZ, UK and across Asia as a human capital consultant with Mercer. He was also an in-house organisational development leader in the telco industry contributing to the award winning transformation of 3 Mobile's culture from start up to scale up. He then played a key role to integrate 3's culture with Vodafone's in Australia and India as part of the $4b merger between the two companies.

Most recently Rich was Director of the International CEO Forum, now owned by Gartner. In this role Rich supported the professional development and business growth of local CEOs, HRDs & emerging leaders in global companies.
